From the first email to six months after launch. Written out fully because the process is most of what you are actually buying — and because knowing it in advance is how you judge whether we are worth hiring. The same process applies to websites, apps and SEO work.
Nothing here costs anything, and none of it commits you. This part exists so nobody is surprised later.
Through the form or by email — whichever you prefer. The more you tell us about what the thing has to do, the more useful the reply. A one-line enquiry gets a reply asking questions; a detailed one gets a quote.
Your inputA person reads it, not an autoresponder. If something is unclear we ask rather than guess, because a quote built on assumptions helps neither of us.
One price for a defined scope, with a realistic timeline. Milestones for larger builds so you are never far out of pocket. If we think your deadline is unachievable, we say so here rather than agreeing and missing it.
If a cheaper approach solves your problem, or the honest answer is that you should not spend the money yet, this is where we say that. It costs us one project and earns the next three.
You will not be waiting in silence for six weeks. The point of this stage is that surprises surface early, when they are cheap.
We agree what pages or screens exist and what sits on each one before anything is designed. Rearranging a plan costs an email; rearranging a built thing costs days.
Your inputA staging link from early on, not a reveal at the end. Watching it come together weekly is how misunderstandings get caught while they are still easy to fix.
Your inputNot a support address or a ticket system. Once your project starts you have the WhatsApp number and email of the person actually writing your code. Message them during working hours and you get a reply the same day — most things are settled in two messages rather than a thread of emails.
Your inputSmall things get absorbed. Anything larger is priced and agreed first, so the number never moves without you saying yes. Nobody is served by a surprise invoice.
Your inputActual phones, real data, the awkward cases — the duplicate record, the failed payment, the customer with three phone numbers. That is where things break.
The riskiest hour of any project. It is handled in a sequence rather than by crossing fingers.
Time-to-live reduced a day before, so if anything needs correcting it takes minutes rather than hours to propagate.
Every existing URL pointed at its new equivalent. This is what stops a rebuild wiping out the search rankings you already had.
Certificates, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, uptime monitoring switched on before the site is public rather than after the first incident.
Nothing goes live on a Friday evening without you having seen it on the production server first.

Anything broken is fixed at no cost for an agreed period after launch. Problems surface in the first fortnight, and that is expected rather than a failure.
On final payment, the code and everything in it is yours. No licensing arrangement, no fee for the right to keep using your own site.
Plenty of clients take the site and run it themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome. If you would rather we kept it updated and monitored, that is available — monthly, cancellable with 30 days’ notice.
